    Logged it on the fly with some near enough (?) database items. Ignored the salad which was more of a garnish really :-). Oil because the bread was toasted on a hot plate with oil.

    Well, you logged it wrong. The bread is fried, 400 calories. And, its not top Sirloin, its sirloin 300 calories, and the Hollandaise is 85 calories per TSPB.

    Total 1000.

    I agree with you. I eyeballed it at around 800. I also agree that the bread looks toasted with oil not deep fried. However, that's just my opinion. I cook ALOT.
