I’m starting small and so far so good. I exercise at least 3 times a week. I walk a lot at work because of the job I have. I am incorporating more greens and fruit in my meals. I still snack, but not as often or as much as I used to do. Thank God!! I believe I have set a realistic goal for myself and therefore I will get to where I am aiming in about 9 months. I have lost 11 pounds in 6 days

That’s fantastic! Just remember to take it one day at a time. If you have bad days, don’t beat yourself up - move forward, big picture.
It’s going to feel amazing to look back after those 9 months pass and see how far you’ve come.0
