I am 31 year old woman looking to start again. I have done really well in the past with MFP. I found that having a group to keep you accountable is the best way.

Hi I’ve been struggling with being consistent with my diet. I think having someone to talk to and keep on track would be a good thing for me! Looking for friends who can push me to do what I need to do.2
