Ingredients:
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 ½ lbs green beans, trimmed
1 jalapeno, sliced
½ cups of finely chopped onion
2 roma tomates
1 cup of cherry tomatoes (adds some sweetness)
3 packages of Sazon Goya (con culantr y achiote)
Add olive oil to a skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and jalapeños. Cook until it becomes almost a sauce. Add green beans and Sazón Goya. Cook, stirring frequently until green beans are crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. I enjoy them with El Milagro tortilla chips.
