Weight loss has been SLOWWW with PCOS but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t proud of myself for persevering 🤍

    You look incredible and that's fantastic! I also have PCOS and I'm down almost 10 lbs since starting in April. It's quite a slog to get through. My doctor told me it would be near impossible. Well done!

    Congrats!! When I got my diagnosis, my doctor told me that PCOS makes losing 1 pound as hard as it is for most people to lose 10 pounds. Losing weight with PCOS is a huge accomplishment!
