Hello fellow dieters

This is my first time messaging but not my first time to MyFitnessPal. I did this about 4 years ago and lost just under a hundred pounds but lapsed and here again. Been doing this now for 27 days now and lost 32lbs but have a goal of 220 so still got 188 to go.
I am already feeling the benefit but as you can tell am a big guy with a long way to go. I am in my late 50s so need to be careful with exercise as not easy at my size but i know from past that it will get easier with the weight loss. It would be great to hear from like dieters who are doing well or struggling to share good practice and help motivate each other. Look forward to hear from you , Ian
