    Funny thing other than the Worcestershire (I'm just not sure if it does) none of these items currently in my fridge require refrigeration.

    4. Pickle relish. I know it’s not a sauce, but I use it for salad dressing, etc.
    5. Others vary from time to time, ketchup or bbq, not both, etc.

    Tbh the hot sauce stays on the table and not in the fridge.
