Hello everyone!! My name is Heather and I have been struggling with my weight for a while now. I just did a weight loss challenge and lost 8 pounds but I am hoping to continue to lose more. I have completely changed my eating habits and any suggestions are welcome as to what little snacks to add to my diet. I should be eating 1200 calories but as right now I am hitting a little under 1000 per day so if any of you know what good cheap ways to get that other 200 calories in I'm all ears!! Thanks!!

Protein bars and shakes are good for calories.0

The key to real weight loss is to add exercise and have more increased number of caleries to provide a larger spread between actual and allowed. Weight will really come off then and more importantly so will inches. Will be looking good!0

I do an hour of zumba five days a week as well, and I usually have a protein bar or something like that for lunch.0
