Hey everyone...I'm new and excited to be going on a diet to lose some weight! I'm 46kg at the moment and finding it hard to shift that down so hoping this app will help me stay on track! Does it really work for anyone out there?🥰

    Tracking and awareness about what you're eating and how much you're moving can be really eye opening for many people, and as you see the numbers get closer to your goal, it can be very inspiring. :)
