Just starting my diet

Hey everyone! I signed up a while ago but went off my diet and stopped using the site. I am going to start my diet tomorrow and hope to use this to keep me on track... I will be doing HCG with drops I ordered off amazon. I have done hcg once before and lost about 14 pounds but after about a year I put 6 back on and I would like to lose about 17 pounds this time and keep it off. I also want to use this site to help me track workouts/exercise because I don't just want to lose weight I want to tone and be healthy. I know when I did the diet before my biggest struggle is not only trying to mix up the menu as well as what to pack for lunch when I am at work all day. In the past I added a few other fruits and vegetables to the diet because it helped me stick to the diet but I don't know how bad it hurts the diet to do that? If anyone has suggestions on recipes or information on which vegetables/fruits are ok to add I would love to hear.

    You should check out the HCG progress/updates thread, all the ladies in there are so wonderful and smart. I'm on round two as well, just started yesterday. :) I'd link the thread, but I don't know how. You can prolly find it in search, come join us.
