Its Peanut Butter Yogurt Time!!!

Options
Id like to give thanks to whoever's post I stumbled upon a few weeks ago that suggested mixing Greek yogurt and peanut butter.

You, random MFPer, have given me the most awesomest snack in the history of awesome snacks.

I take one small tub of greek yogurt, mix in some vanilla extract, stevia, cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice and 1-2 Tbs of peanut butter.

Fluffy whipped peanut butter goodness in a dish. And protein heaven.

Even better stats if you use PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
You can even add PB2 to protein shakes since its dissolves really well in a blender bottle -- no blender required.

I've started using lowfat greek yogurt as a substitute for a lot of things, adding to pb to make a dip for celery, pretzels, sub for mayo and sour cream in other dips. I <3 pb&yogurt!:)

That sounds good! Makes me sad I'm out of greek yogurt right now. I'm definitely going to try this after I go to the store though.
