My mini-goal?
To be able to see MR JOHNSON when I go to the bathroom.8 -
My mini goal is a trip to Hawaii in Aug - working to get paddle fit for 7 days of surfing. Dropped 4kg so far, 3kg to go along with some Bodyweight surfing exercises and cardio work for stamina!9

To be able to dunk once in my life. I weigh 273.5 right now and I figure the best way to make that happen is to first lose at least 25 lbs while working on my jumping ability.10

My mini goal right now is to get to below 67 kilos. I am currently at 68.6. Hope to do this before mid-July. And I do hope I will see some decrease in my tummy.7

Getting out of the 200lbs. I was 205lbs this morning, I'm so close! I'm focusing on not overeating, being mindful and disciplined is a challenge but it's making me feel amazing when I can overcome my mind and focus on what I really want.11

Getting through the anxiety tonight (loud noises make my anxiety spike, and fireworks are loud) without eating too much.7

Having more energy to work out more and less irritation. Getting out of the 200's. Get in better shape by a friend's wedding in October (the last time people saw me I was over a hundred pounds heavier).16

My next mini-goal is 140 pounds to be in the healthy BMI range. I'm at 146 today. Long-term goal is 133. At that time I will reassess. Feeling great today. Lovin' the life.6

I see the doctor on the 20th, and I want to see how low I can push the scale. This will be my first in-person visit since I had the wakeup call on her scale in January 2020.14

Strength and Energy. Last month I bought a used weight bench, starting weight plates, a barbell, and two dumbbell grips. I'm shocking myself actually. Muscle does have a memory even when it hasn't been exercised in over 45 years.This month's goal is squats, walking lunges, and push ups. I feel...ALIVE.16

My super motivating goal right now is to be able to run all of a 5ish K trail I regularly walk. It's a shorter, easier one (still with some elevation gain and all but still). I can run probably 3/4th of it now. I want to run the whole thing, darn it.
139.6 I still need to get that .6 out of there for MFP to give me my 50lbs lost 'credit', but I'm sub 140, on average.12 -
Just hit my big mini goal! A normal BMI for the first time ever in my life!!!! 39 lbs lost to get there.
Now it’s another 10-15 lbs plus toning to get where I want to be, but I’m so excited to hit this one since it’s always been in the back of my mind.19 -
I have two primary goals driving my health takeover. First and most important, my son is 1yrs old and I want to be healthy for him, I was seeing some dangerous signs and afraid I wouldnt be here to watch him grow. Second my wedding next spring, gotta look good in that wedding dress9

Less than 1lb away from matching lowest weight since children! Plan is to match that number on or before 5/13/2021!
Made that goal and now .4lbs lower than my heaviest weight before children.
2.7 lbs to break into 150s! Plan is to hit 150 in September, but one mini goal at a time keeps me more mentally balanced than aiming for big bites!
Down 27.4lbs since starting MFP.10 -
My current mini-goal is to lose another 1.9kg (~4.2lbs) by the end of July, which will mark 25% of my target weight loss of 29.6kg (~65lbs) since I started MFP yet again at the beginning of June.6

My mini goal is to pull my head out of my *kitten* and get back on track with my eating13

Finish couch 2 5 k. I ran (well, slowly jogged) for over 20 minutes yesterday, so that was a big win for me!!17

I can officially (multiple days in a row) claim that I have lost all covid related weight gain. I was 218 mid-March when I got back from vacation. The last several days I have been below that -as low as 216.5. So next mini-goal is 215.
I should also find some clothes to help with the scale isn't moving times. I have some in mind but I need to try them on to see how they don't fit currently.

More small/mid sized goals
- 9/4 will be the one year mark since I started losing weight!
- medium sized t-shirts. They fit, but don't fit comfortably so these are now 'goal' clothes7 -
4lb I want to lose before my physical in September. It will put me in the healthy BMI range and therefore no lecture from the dr.
Seeing abs is fun so I want to see more of those too8 -
Keeping up my workout routine while the kids are off school this week and next.
Also I want to mostly keep up my usual eating - there will be a few deviations as we do various activities during the holidays, and that's okay, but doesn't need to derail me.9 -

I actually completed this goal already. A few months ago I made a goal to get down to 200 lbs by my birthday (June 6th) and I would get a new tattoo!
I've consistently stayed below 200 (occasionally fluctuating to 201/202). I'm not sure what my next mini goal should be. My over all goal is 150.9 -
My current Big (incremental) Goal is Onederland. It’s 15 lbs away. I can almost see it…. Right on the horizon.
My mini goal is a perfect month of all three rings in Apple Fitness. 17 rings right now. And once I put my phone down I’m gonna go make it 18…. 😇8
