Deets:

Jan 12th, 2021: Age 49.5 Height 6'4" Weight 284.4
Jul 12th,2021 Age 50 Height 6'4: Weight 236.8

1600ish calories a day, average about 500 calories a day of biking, walking and eventually running.

Caveats...lifting weights prior to start...broke ribs in March so no exercise for almost two months...zero alcohol...

    No clue...had planned on 6 months and 235-225...so I got close. Maybe go a few more months to make up for broken ribs time.

    So...mostly push-ups. 100 a day for two months. Right in the middle of the six months I broke two ribs and couldn't do anything. After that I started 100 push-ups a day. Added in bosu ball so now I do 100 bosu ball push-ups a day.
