Let me start off by saying I know that you cannot burn fat from one specific area of your body. I'm looking for moves that will help tone an area. Since working out my rear end has shrank..... lol I used to have a good defining line between my rear and and my legs, I have lost part of it though. :( I'm looking for moves that will help me get that definition line right underneath my booty again. I do squats and lunges, any other ideas? Thanks. :)
