Let me start off by saying I know that you cannot burn fat from one specific area of your body. I'm looking for moves that will help tone an area. Since working out my rear end has shrank..... lol I used to have a good defining line between my rear and and my legs, I have lost part of it though. I'm looking for moves that will help me get that definition line right underneath my booty again. I do squats and lunges, any other ideas? Thanks.

i'm wanting same answer. once you get in your 50/s everything sags. i've been walking, doing machines at gym and julian michaels 30 day shred. only working out for 2 months but that area your talking about is still sagging ! i'm hoping it's just a matter of time but any pointers would be appreciated. Lunges, squats, dead lifts, jump squats, step ups (using a high step and keeping your weight in your heels), and anything that consists of keeping your feet in a TRX. Hate that thing...:explode:0

I've been doing crazy amounts of walking in soft sand around my house. Also, hills. Lots of hill climbing has been making a difference for me!0

Bodyrock.tv workouts have helped a lot in that area for me. I'd also suggest brisk walking at an incline.0
