DOES ANYONE HAVE A RECEIPE FOR HEALTY TRIAL MIX, LOW SODIUM,LOW CARBS AND LOW SUGAR? JUST STARTED MFP AND LOVING IT!!!!!!

Wish I could help. The trail mix I make is FAR from healthy. I just find it filling so I eat less of it than if I snack on regular foods. I use assorted varieties of dried fruits, mixed nuts, chocolate chips, and beef jerky. Had it with a friend and now I make it from time to time.0

Trail mix is for when you are really using energy, so all the requirements you list are tough.
I might suggest a puff cerual or rice cakes or something like that.0 -
