Day 10 for me

I started a week and a half ago. I am only weighing in once a week and I can tell you that I’m down 4 pounds. I was going through photos and came across this picture from the night before I started logging religiously and exercising. This picture is eye-opening when I compare it to today. The bloat in my face is gone and while I have a long way to go this was an inspiration for me this morning.
