Need help!

Hello eveyone~ Really need some advise...I haven't been able to eat enough calories for my goal and I am afraid I will not lose weight because of it...any suggestions?

    You can easily add calories by using EVOO, peanuts, peanut butter, ice cream, etc. All not too bad for you, but can add calories. I have this problem when I burn alot of calories.

    Peanut butter is a great option, as are raisins, both very nutritionally dense without being unhealthy

    Can I have your extras? I overate by 400 calories today, but it was my first day, so not going to beat myself up. However, I'm hungry now even after having eaten "too much" today. Grrrrrrr..............wish I had your problem :-)
