Hi! I just wanted to drop in to say you can totally do this, no matter how far you have to go. A year and a half ago I thought I had 95 pounds to lose. It was really more like 115 pounds. Anyway at this point I have about 20 pounds to lose. I thought I couldn't do it because I'd always failed before. I looked up to people who had lost more than fifty pounds, with big starry anime-style eyes like they were in a totally different orbit.
It took consistency, planning, learning about myself and my own pitfalls, and teaching myself portion control. A few new healthy habits. Lots of patience. So no matter how hard it gets, never give up, and take every opportunity to find non-food ways to enjoy your journey!
One last word - after you have lost a comparatively small amount of weight you will already begin to feel better. Enjoy this. Take a moment to celebrate it and let it spur you on to greater success.

I have about 125 pound that I’d like to erase from the scale. I try to think of it as ‘just one pound’ and it’s easier to Digest. 125 just sound so far away, but one pound stacked on one pound, I can do that.
I do my VERY best just for today and then I put put that day away and it becomes yesterday. Don’t worry about yesterday, we are on to today. ❤️⭐️3 -

Hello I’m in the process of losing 100 pounds. So far have lost 18 pounds. Me and my son are on this journey together. Non scale victories so far : he needs a new belt and he says I don’t snore as loud lol 😂 I would love to be in a group of others with 100+ to lose. We can do it! 💪🏽❤️🙌🏽1

I'm right there with you. I haven't used MFP before but I have gained and lost and gained it all back. Currently have at least 125 to lose. I'm sure my dr would like it to be more. Definitely looking for support along the journey.0

Good morning, and I have 100 pounds and I will still be over weight, but better than now. I need a walking buddy, or an gym buddy, or just someone to ask me how I did yesterday. You would think with two dogs to walk, an a gym membership , and a trainer I would be rocking this, but I am a stress eater. I also eat out of boredom (really dumb I know), but it is what it is. I love to visit and drink my black coffee, (that's how I de-stress) but that has gone by the way. I love to meet people and visit, even if it means driving a ways. Anyway, hello there.0

I started earlier this spring with 130# to lose.
Now with 36# gone, I'm just under 100# to go.
Which is where I started from last time I was on MFP, about 5 years ago, and only got halfway there before things fell apart....
So yeah, I'm in. Hopefully to make it stick this time.

I have lost 20 of the 120 pounds I want to lose. My problem.... I have Endo and PCOS which makes losing weight extremely hard which makes it is so hard to stay motivated, especially on the days where my mental health is being attacked by anxiety and depression!

I am currently 242 and I would love to lose 100 pounds! 142 seems unrealistic though because I’ve always been a thick, curvy girl so I will naturally weigh more than that. Right now I’m just focusing on getting down to 200 pounds. Even that goal feels really overwhelming1

I weight 290 and I have over 100 pounds to lose, struggling atm the moment on week 3 as i seemed to have plateaued ??? and its not moving last 2 weeks at all. I need help to keep going as I badly need to lose this weight now!2
