i am in the US so i am not sure what the sizes you gave me represent but if you are comfortable with your goals then by all means do what feels food for you.0

That is like 92lbs!!! That is tiny! Maybe they are worried because that is very light - verging on anorexic light0

Thats 5ft 1 and 92lb.
I would say its a little low tbh, I get the same funny looks. I am 5ft 5 and want to be 115lb0 -
Just don't tell them what your goal is if you know what their reaction might be.
You don't need negativity in your weight loss journey.
Just do it. and let them be surprised when it happens.
I tend to not share with folks that I know may put me down.
Keep exercising and watching those calories and it will come off.
Just be healthy.0 -
Thats seems too small. Your BMI would only be 17 which is underweight. Even 46kg is just in the normal weight. It is totally up to you though, only you know what you want to be but take your families opinions into consideration.0

why do you want to be so small?0

most people would look at this as small.
but on the bmi scale this is exactly where i want to be..
it is bad, but this is where at the moment i feel i will have to reach to be sexy..
But who knows i might find out i look the way i want to alot heavier than the number iv guessed.
As so might you..
you might get to like 120 pounds and go i finally reached my visual goal!
in that case then pushing yourself to less than 100 would be bad..0 -
Your current weight is bmi 22.7 - right in the middle of the healthy range
your goal is bmi 17 - unhealthy & underweight, the very lowest you should aim is 46kg.

google the health risks of a very low bmi, it is simply not worth it. Unfortunately you won't be more sexy, but could develop all sorts of illnesses.
i.e. see: http://sportsmedicine.about.com/od/fitnessevalandassessment/a/Body_Fat_Comp.htm
'This attempt to reduce body fat by extreme measures not only leads to decreased exercise performance, but can lead to severe health complications. Nutrient deficiencies and fluid/electrolyte imbalance from low food intake can lead to increased risk of fractures, illness, loss of reproductive function and serious medical conditions such as dehydration, and starvation. The medical complications of this triad involve almost every body function and include the cardiovascular, endocrine, reproductive, skeletal, gastrointestinal, renal, and central nervous systems. '
Please take good care of yourself! :flowerforyou:0 -
I know it varies a LOT from person to person.. I have a friend who is 5'2 and weighs 125. She looks great! I'd take one day at a time, and slowly and HEALTHLY see where you get to. I NEVER imagined I"d weigh what I do today after being heavy all my life!>0
