Arms!!!!!!!

I need help with these arms, I think that is why my scale is reading what its reading, this arms are just too huge for me..lol, any good arm excercises out there?? help!

  well, you look great!!! my faves for arms are pushups, tricep dips, and lateral raises.....

  Vinyasa yoga, pushups, planks, swimming, weights, stretchy bands, tricep dips.

  Try some strength training. Get some weights and do a regiment of triceps extensions and curls.
