Hello all,
I am new to My Fitness Pal. I found this site by accident and have never before found a program at tracked nutritional values like this one. I have a feeling this site and App is going to make all the difference in my lifestyle change.

Any advise out there???

    Welcome to MFP! I love this site. And it totally works for me. My only advice is to keep up with it. Don't get discouraged if you have a bad food day! If you go over on calories, just start again the next day. Good luck! :smile:

    Initial advice, eat your calories, even those you've accrued through exercise, drink lots, sleep lots.

    Welcome and good luck. Log on everyday and be honest. Stay within your goals and educate yourself on healthy eating. :flowerforyou:

    Welcome!!! This is site has saved my life. It is a wonderful site and it really helps when tracking your food. Some advice is stay true to yourself, and do this for yourself. You can do it. Add me as a friend if you like. Good luck!!!
