    Would you believe my friend ended up in the hospital after hot yoga? Didn't she get too hot and the er dr told her never do it again?

    Doesn't all of that extra heat sound awful for a workout? Isn't my favorite yoga class iron yoga? Doesn't it combine standing and single leg balancing poses with upper body weight training?
