Back again and ready for the challenge πŸ™‚

Hi everyone,
I've been a member here for years but never manage to stick to it for more than a few weeks. I'm now at my heaviest and really want to do something about it! And I'm looking for some friends so we can hopefully motivate and support each other along the way.

Today I attempted the first run of Couch to 5K. It did not go well. I only managed 3 of the 60 second runs and walked the rest. I'm disappointed, but I'm calling this week 0, haha! I'm going to carry on trying and hopefully this time next week I'll be able to complete week 1, run 1!

I've also tried to log my food every day for the last month. Haven't been anywhere near the goal calories but wanted to try and get into the habit of logging every day.

Thanks for reading this far, hopefully this will be the start of a proper change and I'm excited to see how it goes πŸ™‚
