What entry would you guys use if you ate a large beef pho from a restaurant?

Beef broth - not the low sodium kind, beef, and a guess of how many vegetables were in it.
And noodles.
This is the nutritional information for Star Anise Happy Pho mushroom flavor.
Add the beef and it’s probably close enough.

Most of the beef pho entries seem to range between 300 on up to about 700 calories. I would pick one from a restaurant and guess which amount seemed closest to the one I ate.2

I ended up going with the nutritionix entry: 1 bowl (3 cups or 710 grams) equals 629 calories, 16 grams of fat, 78 grams of carbs, and 42 grams of protein.3
