Correct.
I work out a lot because I like to eat a lot.
It can also be very sobering. Sometimes I’ll reach for something comparatively healthy, like graham crackers, but then put them back when I realize, a serving of graham crackers could be an hour’s exercise…..
Somehow, they are less appealing when I think that way.5 -
right i just walk but not to n loose cause I don't want to walk 1 hour as well I walk not to gain only burn 100 most0

The goals I have for my body can be achieved with little or no cardio exercise (regular cardio stuff, not HIIT or anything that also works muscles), and people have asked me why I do so much cardio. My response is always "I do all the cardio because I'm tiny and I love food".1
