How to I track robotics exercise? I am new to this website. I am currently a member of Tan & Tone America. They specialize in robotics exercise. But I don't know how to track that. I workout for 30 minutes a day plus walk or ride an exercise bike.

    I looked it up, but I still can't tell what it is. It looks like they're all lying down on tables with handlebars. I'm not sure how to log that since you're reclining...it wouldn't burn a ton of calories.
