trying to get wedding ready

Hi, i'm peri menopausal and trying to lose weight in 4-5 weeks. I'm eating up to 1200 calories a day, walking, skipping and stressing as my daughter is getting married in 6 weeks. Any tips and motivation as i've cut out bread, pasta, rice and potatoes and am not as bloated.... many thanks

    what is your current weight and how much are you trying to lose?

    realistically a stone and a bit - done 11lbs in two weeks so thats made a difference

    That’s a good amount of weight to lose in only 2 weeks, so what you’re doing so far must be working 👍🏻
    The only thing that sometimes works for my bloating is lots of water and chewable antacids.
