Good morning MFP
Today I'm starting Optifast for the second time. I was very successful successful first time around, losing over 100lbs and came very close to going below 200lbs.
I don't mean to make an excuse of it but everything I learned on Optifast the first time around all went away when COVID hit and I gained back almost everything I lost. I am 11lbs lower than my original start weight.
Today is day 1, 2.0
I'm doing the entire program again. I am not dejected or depressed about it. Actually I'm excited. I'm ready to do it and I'm hoping to be just as successful with the weight loss this time and more successful with the maintenance after all is said and done.
If anyone wants to friend up and join me in this process please do! The more the merrier.
