What are your goals?
I find the best support comes from people who are dealing with similar situations.0 -
I would like to lose 30-35 pounds and would like to get more active. Two things I would like to work on right now. Slow and steady. I want to work on consistency.3

Friend me! I can tell you that my first step is a weight loss between 27-37. Consistency in eating and exercising, for strength build. I binge, so wrapping that up would be helpful. If I use my diary, I’m less likely/2
