That Full Feeling Comes Quickly Now

Hey there,
In the beginning did anyone else notice it takes about 30-40% less food to feel full after a meal? It's been about 3 weeks since I started and in the last few days I've noticed I'm full after my smaller sized meals. I've been drinking water so I know that helps, but is my stomach shrinking too? Maybe my brain is readjusting as well? Thyroid adjustments or something?
Anyone know or have the same experience?
P.S. Yoplait Source Dessert Selections Yogurts are amazing! 35 cals/serving and tons of flavour!

I get the same thing. I sit down to a meal starving and about half way through...I'm stuffed.
I guess I'm saving on groceries and calories too!0 -
I had the same thing when I first started. After my first few weeks, my appatite just dropped. I felt like I almost had to make myself eat, and I felt full after only a tiny amout of food. My appitite eventually came back, but I think that jump start really helped me focus on when my body really felt hungry and full, rather than just craving food for emotional reasons. I think your body just gets shocked by the change and has to readjust.0

I'm working my way to getting that full feeling! I've just started, and have heard that once you change certain things about your water intake and nutrition the fullness will come naturally!0

I'm there too! I thought maybe it was just me, but sometimes I do have to almost force myself to eat the full meal now.
Odd because before I started, I was always 'hungry' or at least eating to fill the void...
One of the peeps who post on here had a saying on the bottom of their post stating "consumption will not fill the void" (or something close to that)....that was an "Aha" moment for me.0
