My daily calorie goal, to lose what i want to, is 1200 a day.

1390

I was at 1200 and today I reached my final goal and changed it to maintain. Now I have a whopping 1640!

1200 here.

Just curious skwilson1990, have you been at 1200 the entire time?

I'm at maintenance - generally between 1900 & 2200 calories a day.

1200 plus some of my exercise calories.

1520 here - mine is set at 1 lb a week
Kudos to you ladies at 1200..I think I would starve lol

And major kudos to skwilson1990- That is an amazing weight loss!

Mine is 1200 except for the days that I exercise, which usually raises it about 300-400 calories :-)

1390, I think I get a bonus 190 calories because my job keeps me active. :-)
