I want to gain muscle weight what are the good goal settings?

  • Keep it at about 500 calories above maintenance. Keep protein and carbs high. and of course LIFT :D
  • As above you need to be taking in more calories than you are using so keeping them above maintenance.As well as protein and carbs you also need to be eating some healthy fats (eg olive oil,fish oils,avocado,nuts etc..).
