i hope this works! i was looking into using this same program though weight watchers and it was $166 for the year! but y spend money when you can use this for FREE!!!!!!

    Hi and welcome to MFP. I tried WW for a while and then I came across MFP so I dropped WW because I love this site. Hope you have good luck here.

    Welcome to MFP, this is one of the best online weight loss support groups. It has definately worked for me and many other participants. As long as you are dedicated to logging in your meals you will lose the weight. Feel free to add me. I also heard that this is very similar to weight watchers online program.
