    Have you tried water exercises? They claim it is suppose to be easy on the joints. Avoid doing any breast stroke or frog kicks. Those kicks can be hard on the knees.

    Just a thought.:smile:

    Also a great idea, but I am alergic to chlorine, so swimming pools are out. Good idea, though:smile:

    One mile walk
    1-minute toning exercises
    Pilates for Wimps (excellent)
    10 minute solution - toning
    and Keeping Fit in your 50's - Flexibility (I'm not 50, but that's how unflexible I am, sigh:blushing:
