returning after a while

not been on here for sometime ,i still cycle 25 mile a day and did reach my targets but recently have gained a little weight and sometimes struggle to motivate myself to keep cycling everyday .last winter was very had to cycle much at all due to very cold spell in Scotland. Also covid is not helping and i like most people have been stressed with it all .coming back here is first step to getting back on track
