New to here but not to fitness. Once I get myself going I love to work out, the problem is getting started and sticking to a routine. I use Herbalife which has been a HUGE help, and i have lost 30lbs so far. As always it takes 1 thing to throw you off the wagon and then it is hard to get back on. I have more to lose, and definitely need some friends to help motivate and keep me on track. Push each other to get it done everyday, help me with recipes, and meal prepping. I love to help motivate others, just not good with motivating myself. Looking forward to added support
