    Hi All,

    On my health and wellness journey I am looking to transform my body and learn how to use weights for strength training. Im in the beginning of my journey, but would like friends for motivation along the way. I look forward to encouraging others as well to reach their desired goals.

    Hi. Im not exactly new, but Im back after a longish hiatus. Looking for new friends because most of my old ones aren't active any more. Im fairly active, but not perfect. Just got a fitbit.

    Started using myfitnesspal recently and am on a weight loss challenge program with Orangetheory. Trying to consume between 1200-1500 cals a day, but I think my PFC ratio is off. lets see, its a 6 week program, 1 week down 5 more to go. I am 190 today, hoping to hit mid to high 170s
