Sounds like you’ve already shook off twelve pounds of sand!
I had my head in …erm….. darker places, shall we say.
The forums here are a wonderful resource for advice and motivation. I sincerely hope you’ll read them religiously. Next to my food scale and diary, the forums have been my magic bullet for weight loss, but you’ve gotta read them to take advantage of them.0 -

Hi Liz, I would like to be your friend. My current weight is 378 and I broke down and cried today (again). I will not give up this time. I want to encourage you as you encourage me. I've got to learn how to become a friend. I just re-started today. This time, I'm reading everything. Weight loss is now a priority for me. I want to log every thing I put in my mouth (the good, bad, and ugly). I have a sugar addiction that I need to break. I read someone's message today that said everything is a habit. It makes sense. I purpose to make new habits and I will be reasonable. I want to keep up what I'm starting. So baby-steps. Join me if you will. I need you. Best Wishes.1
