If you're just starting off after a long time (or first time ever) this challenge might be the challenge for you. Post your goals and after each exercise session. Daily is fine, too.

So it's been a month or three since I've ran for 10 minutes or more. I want to start today, running one minute, then increasing that by one minute per day, up until 45 minutes. If it's raining, I still need to run.1
