So 21 weeks in using MFP and in a calorie deficit and now 3.5 stones down.

Over the moon and urge anyone thinking of Calorie counting to give it a try, it's been extremely good!!

    Nice one, keep it up man!

    I've been struggling for years with my weight, finally found a gym that is really working for me and with my new work schedule I'm able to go each morning, alternating between weights and cardio while sticking to a 1,500 calorie goal each day. Set my goal of losing 1 stone in September, I'm 12lb down so far, just two more until I hit my goal!
