HI!

Hi, I'm Dan and I'm here to cut my BMI down below 30 as well as work on my overall fitness levels.

I'm 29 following a vegan/plant based diet and currently at the last stages of the police recruitment process (in the UK) .

That's really cool! :-) i've considered going Vegan before but I'm allergic to a LOT of plants so it doesn't seem reasonable for me; still, I admire that you're doing it! good luck with the BMI and the recruitment process (I'm sure that's it's really difficult,,,hang in there)

Thanks bud, the most difficult part is the agonising wait for results/ communication. The whole process has be 12 months so far and if I'm lucky and pass my MSFT first time ill start in January/February.

Being vegan is easy, and its also really easy to gain unwanted weight as a vegan with all the junk food that's readily available in almost every supermarket now. If your'e allergic to one form of protein/plant (such as in mock meats) there's 20 others that can take its place now too.
