Hi Friends! Please advice

Hi Friends! I am Puran and would love to know your opinions on my fat loss progression.

I lift fairly heavy and have recently started taking up running for improving fat loss, improving cardiovascular fitness, etc. My body has transformed but the fat refuses to budge or maybe the numbers on the scale do not change 1 bit.

I am an avid fitness enthusiast and love to make friends with like minded people. So please comment on my approach, share your diet and low calorie recipes (veg of course)
