Nuts about nuts

I had a mammoth nut-fest at the weekend, making me freak out about my calorie intake for not only the day, but the week. I read a snippet somewhere that it might not be all bad due to how they're digested (I guess in the same way that it seems we 'use' energy processing protein) so thought I'd share. I'm not endorsing their content, saying they're factual or any such like, and I'm aware they're not medical sources, but if you've had a nutty weekend then you might feel a little better...

We are all here for the same reason.. not to get badgered about what we have done, but to get encouraged to do what we couldn't yesterday. Thanks for the info and sharing your nutty weekend story
Keep at it

Oh man, I LOVE nuts.... and consequently, I rarely ever buy them because I know I will not be able to control myself. They are so delightful and satisfying, but yes, caloric!0

I don't mind if I go over in fat because of nuts but I stay within my calories. Works for me and I still get to enjoy them!0
