Yah, I've lost 1 whole stone since late July ... but still got a lot to go :grumble: . 30.6 miles walked and 1.7lbs off this week. Halfway through now, my goal for the end of the month is to be under 16st so I've got 5 more pounds to achieve that. I think I'll be doing some additional cardio with the walking just to make sure I do reach my goal.0

Just 1/2 pound off this week. I had a serious off day on Monday, I was at my gran's funeral and went all day without food that I ate so much on the way back home.
Last week now so I'll try to put that little extra in to make it to 120 miles and close to my weight goal.0 -

Didn't quite make my goal for the week. Darn allergies are terrible at this time of the year and really throw me for a loop sometimes. Didn't get to walk 3 of the 7 days 'cause of it. Starting to feel better, so we'll see if I can at least get in 30 miles next week!0 -

What is everyone planning to do for next month?
I'll be returning to university from October for my final year, so I don't think I'll have much time to do as much walking along with my other work.
I want to the C25K which is done over 9 weeks but I think I'm already halfway there so I'll see if I can do it in 4-5 weeks. But I'll defo keep up with the walking. Its great to know that in one month I can walk this much, burning so much calories and not have any downtime for recovery.0 -
I cant beleive I lost 4.4lbs this week. I am currently 16st exactly and my goal was to be under 16st for the end of the month which I think I can do in the next couple of days. This has been such a good challenge for me to build up strength in my legs to re--introduce me into running for the next few months, but I will keep up the long-distant walking forever. And wow 122 miles walked!!! (with a 5 mile walk planned for tomorrow)
Without sounding too much it was great keeping up with those who checked in each week and seeing how you all were doing as well. I hope you all continue to do great.

Next month my goal is to hit the gym at least 3 days a week. I really need to focus on upper body strength training, building lean muscle and reducing my body fat percentage.0
