Why is my weight 3 to 4kg more in afternoon than in morning

The food and drinks you consume also have a weight. Also, are you weighing in the same clothes? And using the same scale?3

When you weigh in the morning you’ve just been asleep for some hours - you’re not eating and drinking whilst asleep. Essentially you’re a bit dehydrated and your stomach is pretty empty.
If you didn’t eat or drink anything at all and weighed yourself again at 3pm for example then nothing would change.
But you’ve probably drunk a few cups of coffee or tea, glasses of water etc and eaten some food so consequently your weight reflects that when you weigh later in the day.2
