NSV quickly after restarting MFP

Just have to share....After regaining 90 lbs back over the last 8ish years, I started tracking and taking care of myself and putting myself first last Monday. This morning I was able to put my belt on and it slipped into the first hole without any effort of sucking my stomach in. Very encouraging to witness.

    That's fantastic! It can be hard to restart after gaining weight back, but you know you can do it. That NSV is awesome.
