Hi all, I’m new to MFP. Saw this group and it’s just what I’m looking for. Friends and support.
SW 220. GW 170.
I had a great year last year eating healthily, and walking. I lost 40lbs. But this year has been tough, including dealing with my fathers death. I stepped on the scale today and I had gained back 20lbs.
I’m being kind to myself, and focusing on the fact that I’ve kept up the walking and so I’m much fitter, but I was dancing with 199lbs in January and that’s tough to swallow.
Any tips for managing weight loss during menopause would also be welcome!
