    I want so badly to be back in, that I'd rather not be terribly accurate, just to prevent postponing until I can write in the usual format.

    So... In October I kinda did:

    10/2: 2:00 planks during Pollard's tabata. The 2:00 wall sits were looong!

    10/4: 5:00 planks or more, cause this Day's Epic Heat had more pushups that I can bare :smiley:

    10/5: 3:00 planks (renegate rows, 10kg x 2 DB) + 3:00 wall sit (hard, gotta get back to it!)

    Total so far:
    Planks: 10:00
    Leg Isoms: 5:00
    Pushups:

    Time to get serious! πŸ™Œ

    October goal: at least 120 minutes mixed planks, 120 minutes of other isometric exercises and 1000 squats, some of them weighted squats (WS)

    Oct 1: 5 (5) + 50 squats
    Oct 2: 5 (5) + 35 squats
    Oct 3: 5 (5) + 40 squats (20 WS)
    Oct 4: 5 (5) + 50 squats (10 WS)
    Oct 5: 5 (5) + 40 squats
    Oct 6: 5 (5) + 50 squats
    Oct 7: 5 (5) + 45 squats

    Total: 35 (35) + 310 squats (30 WS)

    Just plain β€˜ole planks for me. If I hit my goal this month, I’ll add a variation for November.

    I've been MIA for a few days, been unwell and on doctor's orders I'm taking it easy for a while.

    Today
    Mixed planks: 12 x 30 secs
    Knee press-ups: 2 x 10 reps
    Sit-ups: 2 x 10 reps

    Didn't get any wall sit in yesterday. Not sure why it's so hard to take 3 min for a wall sit or planks when I am alone in the office, but there we go πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ.

    10/13: totally cool, today's Epic was Iso&Plyo. So I got 11:00 of Isometrics, all lower body! πŸ‘
