Struggling SSBBW…

I hate who I have become. I struggle as meds to help my chronic illness like rheumatoid arthritis, PCOS, Eosinophilic gastroenteritis are just prednisone. I have gained so much on that.
On top of my GI issues causing me non stop diarrhea, and doctors don’t listen as I’m just fat… so there is nothing wrong.
Is there anyone else out there like me?
